Driving Sustainable Online Engagement

Learning and development

Little did TWM managing director Phil Purver know when he sat with a client and began the process of working out how key Learning and Development processes lived together and co related to each other, that he would begin something of a ‘revolution of thinking’ about how businesses could approach the problem of making sure that there was some very real joined up thinking to consider when they were considering their L&D spend and what they should be looking to achieve with it.

TWM’s VODE diagram, the graphic interpretation of the L&D process is now widely regarded as a major step forward in bringing real understanding to the online integration of Learning and Development functions. This integration is not just in the sense of understanding how each element can and should complement others, but equally important, how the integrated areas could and should be accessed by online users from a single login… and in the process, creating a much more engaging online environment.
