Luxury car maker, Bentley, is a long-standing TWM client. The Bentley eAcademy, has been developed for use by 4,400 permanent employees, as well as 2,500 contractors. It supports personal development plans, compliance training, and health and safety. A separate view of the platform is available to contractors, enabling them to access induction information and key Bentley-specific training materials.
The eAcademy is branded entirely with Bentley styling, and looks very similar to the company intranet. The voluntary site achieves good usage rates and has experienced great success with the learning and development event booking module.
CareerBurst is a standalone tool, that can also be integrated into our learning experience platform to sit alongside the full suite of applications and content. In 2018, the CareerBurst functionality was integrated into the eAcademy, with a formal launch planned to accompany performance reviews and detailed career discussions.

Through ongoing colleague development, Bentley eAcademy has delivered a considerable bottom-line impact for the company, particularly when it was used by colleagues as a platform to generate cost saving ideas.
Learning and development courses used to be managed in a labour-intensive way, using Excel and email. This function is now all online via the TWM Event Booking System, which has resulted in cutting the costs equivalent to a full-time administrator.
Having worked with TWM successfully for 10 years, we chose to integrate CareerBurst with TWM’s platform to give colleagues support with driving their own development in one place. We needed an intuitive digital platform for colleagues and managers to access tools, advice and tactics at the time when they need it.
