New Business Director
Melanie builds client relationships to create self-driven career cultures, improve organisational agility and boost performance. She’s passionate about helping organisations transform and develop their greatest asset: their people. Helping others reach their full potential, getting a genuine understanding of people’s motivations and inspiring others to action is what drives Mel. She has over 20 years' experience in the people and organisational development industry.
An avid traveller, Mel’s dream is to sail the Mediterranean but offers on a superyacht have yet to materialise. Her love of the sunshine never results in a tan, which she blames on her Scottish ancestry. And her motto is: ‘stay curious’.
